Move for You aims to empower women to prioritize fitness in their busy day to day lives. Whether you are a new mom, college student or climbing the corporate ladder you will find workouts that are designed for you and a community that is there to cheer you on throughout your journey.
Programs:
Move for You Weekly provides 5 brand new workouts every week. Workouts are 30 minutes long and can be done in the comfort of your home or at the gym. All you need for these workouts are a set of light, medium and heavy weights!
Move for Beginners is a 4 week program with 3 workouts/week. Workouts are just 20-30 minutes long and perfect for someone looking to start their weightlifting/fitness journey. These workouts can also be done from the comfort of your home or gym and a set of light and medium weights are recommended.
Bonus Workouts are there to help you warm up before your lift or tack on some added core work at the end of each session.
Features:
All workouts provide video and text descriptions. Each workout has built in features to guide you through the workout in a timely manner. Our Move for You community thread is there to help you track and celebrate every workout you complete. Tools are also provided to help you keep track of your goals & progress whether it is building muscle or weight loss we want to celebrate you!
Subscription:
Move for You is free to download and offers a monthly subscription option in order to gain full access to the app including all programs and features. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You may manage your subscriptions and auto renewal may be turned off by going to your account settings after the purchase.
